해상풍력 지지구조 설계기준 개발

Construction costs of offshore wind turbine substructures, governed by the design technologies, occupies most of the construction costs of offshore wind farms. In this presentation, we would like to introduce a part, `Site characteristics and Load combinations`, listed on an `Offshore wind turbine substructures design basis` which is being developed in Korea using Limit State Design method.
