La Nuova Scuola: specchio e linfa del paradigma emergente della Smartness / The New School: mirror and sap of the emerging paradigm of Smartness

As known, in the “smart city” paradigm, the city, besides being the context in which the consequences of the economic crisis are manifested in more dramatic form, is an elective stage of the representation of an emerging development model, product of the impact of ICT on the economic and social fabric, on the political organization and on the lifestyle of the citizens. Hence the legitimation of the protagonism attributed to the city itself as the engine of innovation and growth on a global scale. Abstract Come noto, nel paradigma “smart city” la citta, oltre ad essere il contesto in cui si manifestano in forma piu drammatica le conseguenze della crisi economica, e palcoscenico elettivo della rappresentazione di un modello di sviluppo emergente, prodotto dell’impatto dell’ICT sul tessuto economico e sociale, sull’organizzazione politica e sullo stile di vita dei cittadini. Da qui la legittimazione del protagonismo attribuito alla citta stessa quale motore di innovazione e di crescita su scala globale.
