Stainless steel tungstate passivator and application thereof

The invention belongs to the technical field of metal surface treatment, in particular to a stainless steel tungstate passivator and application thereof. The stainless steel tungstate passivator is prepared from tungstate, citric acid, hydrogen peroxide, sodium fluoride, a corrosion inhibitor and water. The stainless steel tungstate passivator is an environmental protection passivator without containing chromic acid. Tests show that the stainless steel tungstate passivator can significantly reduce self-corrosion current of a passivation film, so that tungstate passivation film is compact and even in structure, completely covers a substrate surface, and the corrosion of stainless steel is effectively inhibited and retarded.
