Моделирование и изучение свойств градиентных фильтрующих элементов, синтезированным методом СЛС

In the present paper, experimental study by corrosion resistance (as homogeneous as heterogeneous) filter elements, synthesized via SLS method, are carried out. It is shown, that at the same conditions of laser sintering under transferring from MPC-7,0 to MPC-3,5 powder composition – the thermal stability has increased: the amount of a sol fraction has insignificantly increased (on ~ 5 %), and average viscous molecular weight has decreased in 1,4 times and has made 60x103. During a sintering process the density of a material has decreased in ~ 1.6 times, as porosity and gas permeability of the 3d filters have increased by 29 and 25 %, accordingly. It was designed the original graph -numerical procedure for definition of flow characteristics of filter elements cylindrical form, as isotropic as anisotropic internal structure.
