Technology for machining golf club push plate and rotary table jig used for technology

2016
The invention discloses a technology for machining a golf club push plate and a rotary table jig used for the technology. The technology comprises material selecting, outline machining, rough forging, fine forging, finish turning, passivating treatment and sand blasting treatment. The beneficial effects that the technology layout is reasonable, the quality of machined products is stable, and efficiency is high are achieved by adopting the above technology steps, accordingly, the production cost is effectively reduced, the qualification rate of the products is increased, and the technology is suitable for large-batch production. In the rotary table jig, a plurality of sets of fixed die blocks and movable die blocks are evenly arranged on a rotary table body in the circumferential direction; during machining, the rotary table body is fixedly connected with a lathe spindle through a hydraulic chuck; a push plate body is placed in a fixed die concave cavity formed between each fixed die block and the corresponding movable die block, wherein a rapid locking mechanism can act on the movable die block to slide relative to the fixed die block so that the corresponding push plate body can be positioned between the fixed die block and the movable die block, and rapid clamping is achieved; and due to the fact that the multiple push plate bodies can be clamped on the rotary table body at the same time to be turned, the machining production efficiency is improved.
