Selection and Design of the Inductance Connected with APF based on Different Current Tracking Modes

Aiming at the blindness problem of output inductance selection during the design process of active power filter (APF),the selecting principle with instantaneous compared current tracking and triangle compared current tracking modes is proposed.The calculation method of instantaneous value comparison way which is controlled by timer is presented in detail.According to the characteristics of active filter,Fe-Si-Al is used and minimum volume method is adopted to optimize the design of inductance.Finally,the experimental results verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
