Device for quickly increasing oxygen concentration of medical oxygen generator

2014
The utility model provides a device for quickly increasing oxygen concentration of a medical oxygen generator. The device comprises a molecular sieve adsorption tower, a pneumatic valve, a flow meter and a ball valve. The device is characterized in that a buffering tank of which the capacity is slightly equal to 1/3 to 1/6 of the capacity of the molecular sieve adsorption tower is arranged on the rear surface of the molecular sieve adsorption tower; an one-way valve is arranged on the front surface of the buffering tank, and a pressure reduction valve is mounted on the rear surface of the buffering tank and on the front surface of the flow meter. With the adoption of the device, the ideal absorbing pressure of the molecular sieve adsorption tower can be achieved after startup for 3 minutes, and oxygen meeting the standard can be generated within 6 to 8 minutes in the first test; the pressure rises and drops according to the absorbing requirement under the flow limiting effect of the pressure reduction valve, so that the oxygen generator can quickly enter an ideal absorbing state to rapidly generate qualified oxygen; after shutdown, oxygen at a certain pressure is stored in the oxygen buffering tank; when in the next startup, the device can directly enter the normal oxygen generation state, so that oxygen can be rapidly generated, and a patient can gain oxygen meeting the standard in any stage.
