2014
The morbidity of adults (≥ 18 years) of the population of the Siberian Federal District (SFO), diseases of the circulatory system for 2004–2013 was analysed. The group «adults» is heterogeneous in age, morbidity and mortality. Active consumption of care increases with the level of chronic disease, comorbidity, disability. It was found that during this period there was a reduction in hospital morbidity, with increased general and primary morbidity diseases of the circulatory system. This is due, in our opinion to a greater extent, redistribution (including reduction) of beds. The level of overall morbidity diseases of the circulatory system in 2013 to the SFO was 251,3 per 1 000 inhabitants (in 2012 – 248,6; 2011 – 250,8; 2010 – 244,5; 2009 – 242,7; 2008 – 233,7; 2007 – 228,0; 2006 – 224,0; 2005 – 202,0; 2004 – 187,0 per 1 000 inhabitants). The number of diseases characterized by high blood pressure, amounted in 2013 in the Siberian Federal District is 110,6 cases per 1 000. The level of incidence of the primary diseases of the circulatory system in SIberian Federal District showed an upward trend and in 2013 was registered at the level of – 36,8 cases per 1 000 (2012 – 33,8; 2011 – 32,8 per 1,000 population). Maximum levels of primary morbidity of acute myocardial infarction in 2013, continues to be registered in the Kemerovo region (1,62 per 1 000 of the adult population) and Omsk (1,60) areas at the regional average index of 1,29 per 1000 adult population.
