Heater strip pre-embedding machine for 300-to-4,000-millimeter pipe connector

2011
The invention relates to a heater strip pre-embedding machine for a 300-to-4,000-millimeter pipe connector butted among wound pipes. The heater strip pre-embedding machine consists of a front-segment stander, a rear-segment stander, rear roller components, a pressing wheel component and an uncoiling component; a guide slot formed on the plane of the rear-segment stander provides a guiding function for adjustment to a rear T-shaped screw; the two rear roller components are positioned on the rear-segment stander at interval and do relative motion or move away from each other under the driving of the rear T-shaped screw; a rear motor drives the two rear roller components to rotate; a guide slot formed on the plane of front-segment stander provides a guiding function for adjustment to a frontT-shaped screw; two front roller components are positioned on the front-segment stander at interval and do relative motion or move away from each other under the driving of a front T-shaped screw; a front motor drives a front roller component to rotate; the pressing wheel is positioned on the front-segment stander through an oscillating bar; a direct current power supply is positioned at the bottom of the front-segment stander and connected with an electric heating wire through a power control switch; and the uncoiling component is positioned on one side of the front-segment stander. The heater strip pre-embedding machine has advantages that: the electric heating wire is conveniently and quickly put into a pipe, and the pipe does not generate friction with other objects.
