Single Event Effect Test Results for Candidate Spacecraft Electronics

We present test results on the immunity of a variety of candidate spacecraft ICs and modules to proton and heavy ion induced single event effects. Tested devices include analog devices, such as comparators, amplifiers, regulators, optocouplers, DC/DC converters, and transistors.
