The invention discloses a SDS-polyacrylamide electrophoresis gel, which is characterized in that: mixing an acrylamide monomer and a crosslinking agent methylene diacrylamide; using a buffer system composed of tri-isopropanolamine, taurine, glycolic acid, glycine and trihydroxymethyl aminomethane-hydrochloric acid aqueous solution; and adding an anionic surfactant sodium lauryl sulfate, an initiator ammonium persulfate and a catalyst tetramethylethylenediamine. The prepared SDS-polyacrylamide electrophoresis gel has good separation efficiency and colloidal properties, protein band has high resolution ratio and definition, the separation speed and gelation speed of the colloidal gel are higher than that of Laemmli colloid. The traditional Laemmli colloid has good performance, but does not have the ability to long-term preservation. Compared to Laemmli colloid, the electrophoresis gel of the invention can maintain longer shelf life, keep normal separation efficiency after storage for 12 days at constant temperature of 37 DEG C, which is equivalent to storage at 4 DEG C for more than a year.
