Cell broadcast implementation method and system based on USIM card

The present invention relates to an interactive cell broadcast realizing method based on USIM card and a system thereof. The method of the invention comprises the following steps: step 1, labeling the information to be transmitted to a terminal by a network side server, generating the labeled cell broadcast information and transmitting the labeled district broadcast information to the terminal; step 2, transmitting the labeled cell broadcast information to USIM card for processing by the terminal after receiving the labeled cell broadcast information; and step 3, analyzing the labeled cell broadcast information by the USIM card and displaying menu on the terminal; directly calling USAT according to user selection or recording the information selected by user and calling USAT, commanding the terminal to execute corresponding operation. According to the invention, the USAT active command is transmitted from the USIM card to the terminal. The reconstruction to the network and terminal isnot required. Not only can the information received in the alternative content be mastered, but also the functions of directly transmitting subscribed information by the user through cell broadcast, initiating IVR call, accessing corresponding URI, etc. can be realized.
