The radiating apparatus is used for performing thermal dissipation on a to-be-radiated target object; the radiating apparatus comprises a base layer and a radiating layer; the radiating apparatus is adhered to the target object; the heat of the target object is transferred to the radiating layer through the base layer, wherein the radiating layer comprises a radiating region for performing thermal dissipation on the target object; and the radiating region is made from a material, wherein the color of the material changes along with the changes of the material temperatures. According to the radiating apparatus provided by the embodiment of the invention, the target object can be radiated to prolong the service life of the electronic product and improve the use experience of a user; and meanwhile, the current temperature state of the target object can be displayed to the user by colors vividly, so that a brand-new visual experience can be brought to the user.
