Selection of the channel capacity in a packet-switching network with fuzzy load parameters

The selection of channel capacities in packet-channel networks with fuzzy intensities of the flux of service demands is considered. The selection is made so as to minimize the mean time delay of the packet in the network with limited means for network construction.
