CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF MEASURING URINARY PROTEINS QUANTIITIES WITH DIFFERENT QUANTITATIVE METHODS IN PATIENTS WITH RENAL DISEASE

2006
Objective To probe into the clinical significance of different urinary proteins quantitative method in patients with renal disease. Methods 72 case of outpatients were measured of 24 hours urinary protein quantities(24 h UPQ),anytime a urinary protein quantity, creatinine of blood and urine,β_2-microglobulin of blood and urine in 62 case of outpatients.Determined respectively ratio of anytime a protein quantity with creatinine of blood and urine, ratio of urinary protein quantity with creatinine of blood and urine, figured out related and regression coefficient of each ratio and 24 h UPQ,carried through significance test and then list their line regression equations.Compared 24 h UPQ by line regression equations and conventional measure. Results Each related and regression coefficient is significant(all p0.01).The equations come into existence. There were no statistically significant difference between two methods in measuring urinary proteins quantities(all p0.05).Conclusion Getting 24 h UPQ by anytime a quantitative method of urinary proteins is exact and credible;Itcan be use in clinic.
