The invention provides a heat exchanging system and method and use of a mixed C4 separation and butene-1 rectification system. The heat exchanging system comprises a rectifying column reboiler and a heat conducting device, wherein a heat conducting medium outlet of the heat conducting device is connected with a hot source inlet of the rectifying column reboiler, and a hot source outlet of the rectifying column reboiler is connected with a heat conducting medium inlet of the heat conducting device. According to the heat exchanging system, a heat conducting device (filled with heat conducting mediums)-based heat integration heat exchanging system is constructed, waste heat of other devices, except the rectifying column reboiler, of the mixed C4 separation and butene-1 rectification system is recycled by virtue of the heat conducting mediums and is taken as a heat source of the rectifying column reboiler to supply heat, so that the consumption of low-pressure steam can be reduced, the production cost can be lowered, meanwhile, the wasted waste heat of chemical engineering devices can be recycled, and the power consumption and the electricity consumption caused due to the cooling of the waste heat of a heat source device can be reduced.
