The present invention provides a novel method for judging gas channeling of a carbon dioxide drive reservoir. The method comprises a first step of collecting gas oil ratios and carbon dioxide contents in output gases of carbon dioxide drive reservoir oil wells, and drawing a relation chart of the produced gas oil ratios and the carbon dioxide contents in output gases; a second step of dividing the relation chart of the produced gas oil ratios and the carbon dioxide contents in output gases into a plurality of regions according to the current formation pressure level crude oil properties; and a third step of analyzing characteristics of the regions and judging a top right corner region of the relation chart of the produced gas oil ratios and the carbon dioxide contents in output gases as a carbon dioxide gas channeling region. According to the novel method for judging gas channeling of the carbon dioxide drive reservoir, the relation chart can be divided into different regions according to changes of the gas oil ratio and the carbon dioxide content, thereby rapidly and accurately judging if gas channeling occurs in a carbon dioxide drive well, and providing bases for parameter deployment of the carbon dioxide drive reservoir.
