[Extracorporeal circulation of cryopreserved xeno-hepatocytes in patients with toxic peritonitis].

: The mechanism of the development of the syndrome of endogenous intoxication at the early postoperative period in patients with toxic phase of peritonitis is considered. A method for detoxication-extracorporeal hemoperfusion through cryoconservated xenohepatocytes, which permits to reduce the severity of endogenous intoxication and to activize the natural detoxicative systems of the organism is suggested.
