Fortifier concentrated liquid human milk comprising 5% to 50% by weight protein, in unabase dry weight, wherein the fortifier concentrated liquid human milk comprises a stabilizer system quecomprende corn starch modified with octenyl succinic anhydride and gellan gum deacilo low content, and wherein at least a portion of the protein is highly hydrolysed casein.
