Механізм та кінетика екстрагування олії замаранту в умовах нерухомого шару

The kinetics of oil extraction from Hybrid Amanth ground seeds in conditions of remaining coat has been considered. The basis of the presented model lies in the formula (1) of kinetics of target component extraction from porous structures. The time of full target components extraction and constrained diffusion coefficient have been determined. There has been shown that the experimental data are adequately conformed with theoretical concepts.
