The present research article tries to answer the question of whether the
internal communication processes of companies are concerned with
detecting, and if necessary, alleviating people’s suffering. In a second part,
it tries to recover part of the thought and writing about human suffering
in the History of Philosophy and apply it to the processes of internal
communication that organizations give as part of their people management
activities.
