In the field of Textile Industry,as far as the quality detection of the knitted fabric concerned,the more important part is about the densities detection.However,in daily applications,it mainly depended on manual work,with lots of disadvantages such as it is tedious,the lower productivity,quite a lot of mistakes,can't achieve detections from objective and so on.To meet the need of the knitted fabric detection,the thought of designing the modules of vision detection and dispose,knitted fabric tension control,lights control and execute mechanism is developed.It actualizes the knitted fabric density auto-testing,enhances the efficiency tremendously,and possesses a great on economy and the application of society.
