The invention relates to a method of highlighting an expected movement path (404) of a vehicle (100), the method comprising a step of determining a traffic situation using information about an environment of the vehicle (100). Further, the method includes a step of determining the expected movement path (404) based on the traffic situation. Further, the method includes a step of providing a control signal for driving a road marking device (115) using said movement path (404) to highlight the expected movement path (404).
