El presente articulo se fundamenta en argumentos teoricos de Batista y Bermudez (2009), Lopez (2007), Marquez (2002) entre otros. Para ello recurre a la revision documental, que permitio analizar la concepcion del Liderazgo Femenino y presentar dicha categoria segun el proceso historico, sociologico y antropologico del venezolano del siglo XX presentado por la Fundacion Francisco Herrera Luque a finales de ese siglo (1997). La interpretacion de diversos hechos conducen a conclusiones, entre ellas: El Liderazgo del siglo XXI aclama una transformacion con base en la humanizacion, en la consolidacion de una estructura valores, actitudes, tradiciones, comportamientos y estilos de vida consonos con la etica aristotelica cuyo fin es la busqueda de la felicidad, considerando para ello el rol protagonico de la mujer. Palabras clave: liderazgo femenino, conflicto, gerencia. ABSTRACT This article is based on theoretical arguments Batista and Bermudez (2009), Lopez (2007), Marquez (2002) among others. This draws on the literature review, which allowed us to analyze the design of the Women's Leadership and present that category according to the historical, sociological and anthropological process Venezuelan twentieth century presented by Francisco Herrera Luque Foundation at the end of the century (1997). The interpretation of various facts lead to conclusions, including: The acclaimed Leadership XXI century a transformation based on humanization in the consolidation of a structure values, attitudes, traditions, behavior and ways of life in harmony with the Aristotelian ethics which aims is the pursuit of happiness, for it considering the leading role of women.
