The reasons why Labor Contract Law is on fierce debate are mainly attributed to its negative influences on low-end labor market; besides, companies' operation plights and workers' employment problems, both of which are associated with the worsen of external economic conditions, have their own subsidiary effects. What's more, the plan for economic transformation is disturbed when those two effects combine.
