The utility model relates to a stroke-frequency changing device of a beam-pumping unit. The stroke-frequency changing device comprises a motor, a motor movable mounting mechanism and a double-cone-pulley output mechanism, wherein the motor movable mounting mechanism comprises a square base plate which is connected with the motor, and a square frame plate which is pressed on the upper part of the base plate; a square port is formed in the middle of the frame plate, and the length and the width of the square port are smaller than those of the square base plate; folded edges are arranged on four edges of the frame plate of the square base plate and are provided with jackscrews; the jackscrews are arranged by penetrating the folded edges and contact the edges of the square base plate; the motor is arranged in the middle of the square base plate; and a motor shaft is connected with a transmission mechanism of the pumping unit through the double-cone-pulley output mechanism. According to the stroke-frequency changing device of the beam-pumping unit, during adjustment of the stroke-frequency, a belt is not required to be changed, and only the jackscrews are adjusted to finish the process of adjusting the stroke-frequency, so the labor intensity is low and the working efficiency is high.
