The invention discloses an in-vitro heart shock wave therapeutic apparatus, relates to the technical field of therapeutic equipment for generating focused shock waves to treat heart disease and aims at solving the technical problem that existing in-vitro heart shock wave therapeutic equipment is incapable of finding and locating a therapeutic position, inconvenient to use and non-ideal in therapeutic effect. The in-vitro shock wave therapeutic apparatus comprises a shock impact device body for generating focused pulse sound wave energy, a B ultrasonic probe is arranged at the central axis of the shock impact device body, and a probe driving mechanism for driving the B ultrasonic probe to ascend, descend and rotate is arranged on the shock wave device body. The B ultrasonic probe is disposed in a therapeutic head and can automatically ascend, descend and rotate, the therapeutic position can be located before treatment, and accuracy of the therapeutic position can be monitored to judge whether the therapeutic position is deviated or not. The B ultrasonic probe can be controlled to descend to contact with a patient, and a B ultrasonic image processing system can realize B ultrasonic imaging positioning according to signals of the B ultrasonic probe. The B ultrasonic probe can be controlled to go back into a passage after monitoring is completed to retreat from the therapeutic passage, so that the in-vitro shock wave therapeutic apparatus is convenient to use, and therapeutic effect is improved effectively.
