Understanding the Effects of Climate on Ocean Carbon Pools

The role of oceans as a carbon sink has long been accepted. The uncertainties related to the physical and biological pump and their role in the carbon cycle remain however high. In this talk, we dive into the various pathways of carbon in the oceans, the effects that climate has on the ocean carbon cycle and the methodologies used to assess these effects.
