Наркотизация и алкоголизация общества как угроза безопасности государства

The article deals with problems of social and psychological national security. It is shown that one of the most dangerous threats in modern conditions is propensity for drug and alcohol abuse among young people. It is introduced the concept of socialization addictive personality which is made on the basis of psycho-educational prevention program for students "Step by step to the conscious abstinence".
