Rapid Determination Method of Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues in Tea

To establish the gas chromatographic detection method of nine kinds of organophosphorus pesticide in tea,tea samples were separation by chromatographic column in gas chromatography DB-XLB,and determined with flame photometry detector(FPD).The results show that,nine kinds of organophosphorus can be separated,and have good linear relationship between 0.05 to 1.0 μg/mL(r≥0.999).And the average recovery was 78.6%~105% when the added level was between 0.05 to 0.20 mg/kg;the relative standard deviation is between 1.4% to 7.8%.The detection limit of nine kinds of organophosphorus was 0.005~0.001 mg/kg.
