Probe into the Construction Model of Laboratory with Multi-level Structure

On the basis of analyzing the status quo of laboratories and the problems in terms of applying to recruit graduate students in our school this paper proposes the train of thought of constructing laboratories according to hierarchical structure system. After expatiating on the changing process of laboratory hierarchy and the relationship between different levels of laboratories, this paper puts forward countermeasures as to the solution of the defects in laboratories.
