RESEARCH ON BALANCE MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY UNDER VERY LOW SPEED

Mass equilibrium of rotating object is an important factor during its operating. A new method is proposed for balancing the special object of a centrifuge, and a balancing measurement system using this new method is described. This method measures the vibration under two different rotating speed by using one probe, and calculating the unbalancing mass in two correcting planes by the formula in this paper. The new balancing method is proved effective and utility by experiment. The balancing measurement system works stable and has a high precision.
