Advances in the relationship between microRNA-483 and digestive system tumors

2018
MicroRNA (miRNA) is a kind of small noncoding RNA that regulates gene expression at the posttranscriptional level through inhibition of translation or degradation of messenger RNA. MiRNA is involved in the regulation of many cellular biological processes, and its abnormal expression closely relates to development of tumors. MiR-483 plays an important role in the tumorgenesis or development, meanwhile, its role in digestive system tumors has aroused widespread attention. Key words: Gastric neoplams; Esophageal neoplasms; Hepatic neopalms; Digestive system neoplams; MicroRNA; Micro RNA-483
