Process for removing ash content in straw cellulose

2013
The invention discloses a process for removing ash content in straw cellulose. The process is characterized in that straw cellulose which is naturally dried and crushed and is 1-5mm long is put into a dilute alkali metal villiaumite aqueous solution of which the mass concentration is 0.5-3% according to a ratio of solid to liquid being 1:(10-40), inorganic acid is used for adjusting the mixture to be faintly acid, ash content in the cellulose which is obtained by separation of crop straws is removed under the ultrasonic auxiliary effect, wherein the processing temperature is 25-80 DEC C, the ultrasonic processing time is 1-6 hours, and then target cellulose, in which the ash content is lower than 0.1%, capable of being applied to a solution spinning process can be obtained. The process disclosed by the invention is simple in method, high in efficiency, low in energy consumption and environment-friendly; the degree of polymerization of processed straw cellulose is not changed greatly, and the aqueous solution for removing the ash content in the straw cellulose can be recycled.
