The invention provides a rehabilitation system suitable for postural stability evaluation and training. The rehabilitation system comprises a sensor, a microcomputer controller and a wireless transmission unit. The sensor is an inertia sensor. Through the rehabilitation system suitable for postural stability evaluation and training, a miniature inertia assembly is arranged on human body for sensing shaking angle of the human body. Through the miniature inertia assembly, inclination angle of human body mass center vertical to the ground is sensed. Therefore a good detecting effect can be obtained just through setting the high-precision miniature inertia assembly. Simple structure and low cost are realized. Processing after human body shaking data through a thenar pressure central signal is not required. Furthermore easy wearing and easy use are realized.
