High-energy radiation effects on the isophot far-infrared detectors

Abstract The performance degradation of far-infrared detectors subjected to γ-radiation was measured for various operating conditions. Responsivity drifts incompatible with precise photometry were observed. Curing procedures are required for flight operations.
