Technology for producing fermented protein feed with wet residues

The invention discloses a technology for producing a fermented protein feed with wet residues, relating to a method for producing a feed with residues of alcohol production. The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out alkali treatment on the wet residues: adding alkali and calcium hydrate in the residues of alcohol production to let the pH value of the wet residues be 6.5-7.0; (2) adding soybean meal and cottonseed meal powder: adding soybean meal and cottonseed meal powder in the wet residues with stirring; (3) adding probiotic strains: adding probiotics in the mixed raw material of the wet residues and powder, and mixing with stirring, wherein the additional amount of the probiotics accounts for 0.9-1.1 % of the weight of the raw materials; and (4) separately packaging and fermenting: separately putting the raw materials into plastic bags, sealing by heat sealing or binding wires, leaving air outlets at the sealing parts, and fermenting for 7-10 days at normal temperature. According to the invention, the problems of high production cost and low nutritive values in the feed production with drying wet residues in the prior art are solved.
