Phase formation in the Na3PO4-GaPO4 system
2003
Subsolidus sections (500 and 600°C) of the Na 3 PO 4 -GaPO 4 system have been studied by X-ray diffraction. The character of interaction between the components is determined; the resulting phases have been isolated and identified. The existence of double phosphate Na 3 Ga(P0 4 ) 2 , stable up to 640°C, has been found. The field for the Na 3 - x Ga x / 3 □ 2 x / 3 PO 4 solid solutions based on the high-temperature sodium monophosphate phase (space group Fm3m) has been determined.
