Competence approach to vocational training of a medical specialist-to-be

This article is devoted to a competence approach in the system of secondary vocational education. Students’ vocational and personal development is considered to be a continuous process in which important place is taken by the formation of vocationally essential qualities and features of a specialist-to-be. The authors introduce a special complex program. There are some purposes, tasks, recommended forms of activity with the students.
