The article presents the results of research and calculation of hybrid lenses for spectral coherence tomography. The study formulas for calculation of the numerical aperture, focal length, and the values of a kinoform coma, which makes kinoform. We derive an original technique for calculating and synthesis lenses containing kinoform lens and part. Also shows the optical scheme designed lenses and their characteristics.
