Alteraciones de la coagulaciÓn en el hígado graso del embarazo. A propÓsito de un caso

A pregnant patient with acute fatty liver disease associated to coma, acute renal failure and coagulation abnormalities, is reported. The treatment was focused at delivery after maternal stabilization, the supply of purified antithrombin III, plasma and enoxaparine at low doses. The difficulties for the differential diagnosis with consumption-related coagulopathy are emphasized.
