Abstract Certified nursing assistants (CNAs) are important partners in the delivery of quality care to patients. Nurse educators are challenged with providing "just-in-time" education to CNAs within the constraints of a fast-paced clinical environment. This article will discuss a successful CNA training program and lessons learned for improving just-in-time education to assistive personnel.
