The external network client and the internal network client are in communication with a management server. The management server is in communication with a database server. The database server is in communication with the communication server. The communication server is in communication with a smart controller. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the temperature, the humidity, the CO2 concentration, the valve opening degree, the switching state and other parameter information of controlled equipment in a building can be acquired by the smart controller. Meanwhile, the on/off state, the valve opening degree and the like of the equipment are controlled. The parameter information of the equipment, acquired by the smart controller, is transmitted to the communication server for further treatment and application.
