Warning device and vehicle

The invention discloses a warning device and a vehicle which are used for solving the problem that the states of supporting legs are difficultly obtained by a driver in the prior art and accordingly a vehicle is started for running when the supporting legs are not taken back. The warning device is applied to the vehicle and comprises a warning unit, an warning controller connected with the warning unit, wherein the warning controller is connected with a supporting leg controller in the vehicle, and the supporting leg controller is connected with at least one supporting leg arranged on a vehicle-carrying chassis of the vehicle and is used for controlling at least one supporting leg to be in a supporting state or a taken-back state. When the vehicle-carrying chassis is started, the warning controller receives a self-inspection result of the supporting leg controller. When the self-inspection result shows that at least one supporting leg is not located in the taken-back state, the warning unit is controlled to be in a warning state.
