Shielding Analysis of Microwave Circuits

Because of the trend toward higher operating frequencies, the problem of electromagnetic coupling between components of microwave circuits and parasitic resonances of metal packages becomes an important aspect in microwave circuit design. The goal of this work is to give the circuit designer a physical insight into these coupling mechanisms to handle this problem in the early stage of circuit design.
