Survey and Analysis of Freshmen's Personality Characteristic and Psychological Health in Technical College

Psychological quality is a very important part of the qualified personnel's qualities,technical college students are reserve force of high quality personnel needed by modem construction.Whether they are psychological- ly healthy is closely related to development and use of his or her potential and to the quality of personnel training. Through survey and analysis of personality characteristics and psychological health of freshmen majoring in electrical and mechanical engineering in 2007,the author put forward corresponding countermeasures for improving college students' psychological qualities.
