Somatic Mutations of the CDC4 (FBXW7) Gene in Hereditary Colorectal Tumors

Objectives: Cdc4 (Fbxw7) is a potential tumor suppressor that regulates ubiquitination and proteolysis of multiple targets such as cyclin E, c-Myc , c-Jun
