The invention discloses a method for data synchronization after distributed application recovery parallelism of an automatic power dispatching system. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: 1) circularly detecting whether the local area system application is recovered to a parallel operating condition from a split operating condition by a system operating condition detection module, performing continuous detection if the condition is not met, and starting data synchronization modules after the condition is met; separating the data synchronization modules into a historic sampling data/ alarm recording synchronization module and a manual operating data synchronization module according to different types of data to be synchronized; 2) synchronizing the historic sampling/ alarm recording data stored in the system splitting period to a main system; and 3) synchronizing the operating data in the system splitting period to the main system according to different operating information types by adopting different synchronization methods. The method can effectively avoid the loss of the system application data in the splitting period after system splitting recovery.
