Business bribery of MNEs in China

This study thinks that the business bribery of some MNEs in China is related with the development standard of market economy,inefficiency of the Chinese government,imperfection of law system and delinquency of some local governments.Therefore,we must further enhance the construction of standard market economy,improve our law system and set up a mechanism to supervise behaviors of MNEs in order to guarantee the normal order of the market.
