Method for purifying and recycling beer sterilization water

2011
The invention relates to a method for purifying and recycling beer sterilization water. The method has the characteristics that: a treatment device has an integrated structure, the treatment effect is stable, treatment amount is large, the method is easy to operate, and the like. Sterilization wastewater is treated by a coagulation-composite ceramic membrane microfiltration purification technology, 5 to 25mg of polyaluminum ferric chloride (PAFC) coagulating agent is added into 1l of wastewater, the membrane pressure difference is controlled to be between 0.10 and 0.35MP, the turbidity of treated effluent is less than 0.32 nephelometric turbidity unit (NTU), chemical oxygen demand (COD) is less than 40mg/l, and the effluent meets the requirements of industrial water related indexes in 'reclaimed water quality standards'(SL368-2006); the beer sterilization water can be recycled in production processes such as bottle washing, sterilization and the like in beer production enterprises, and water resources and heat energy are recycled; and a membrane component can be cyclically cleaned by acidic washing liquid and oxidative washing liquid for 10 minutes, and the flux recovery rate of the membrane component is over 90 percent.
